yeah I noticed that too, he was checking Ruq just to be sure... and the way he looked away, it looked like he was ashamed and pained that he had to suspect Ruq of all people as well

He realized that it could be somebody close him and checked Ruqs hands too.

It was Jodha who showed complete trust in Ruqs and stopped her from tasting the milk. I wonder had Jodha been really pregnant , if Jalal would have allowed her to drink that milk.😕

He does. More than that he knows that however much Ruq denies it, she sees Jodha as a massive threat!!

He also knows that Ruq holds Jalal very close to her heart & gets crazy jealous if he visits another wife But with Jodha since he alctually does want a close relationship, this jealousy increases ten fold!!

But in time, Ruq will realise that her position in Jalal's Life is iron- solid. It is only she who can do something that hampers it.

I hope Jalal never does that when Jodha is really pregnant...Ruq can't do that...yesterday too she said, "Hum apko apki pehli aulad nahi de sake par apki aulad ke liye pehli dua hum hi mangeinge"...that's why Ruq loved Salim so much...😳
