I have some points to comment on and some points to ponder upon.
First of all why is Bakshi Bano doing this? For Sharif? I am guessing that must be the reason. Now the question is, is she doing it on her own or has Sharif asked her to? She must have overheard Sharif cribbing and planning against Jodha and how to separate Jalal and her. So she has taken it upon herself to do the needful to better her own relationship with Sharif so that he looks on her with love! Bewakoof aurat! Or Sharif has forced her to do this because he knows Jodha knows his true color and all the plotting he has done so far against Jalal. He is scared that Jodha might spill the beans to Jalal at some point of time and then Jalal will behead him for treachery.
Now the question is after Bakshi Bano is caught red handed will Jalal punish her? Will Bakshi tell him that Sharif has forced her to do all this? Will Sharif's schemes be revealed about what he did with Dhawalgarh fiasco for Sukanya's marriage? Or how he manipulated the maulvis? If they are exposed then most important of all what will Jalal do? Maybe Jodha herself will request Jalal to forgive them and save Bakshi's 'suhaag'. Then maybe Jalal will pack them off to some remote forsaken place away from Agra and Sharif will be more frustrated than ever but won't be able to do anything but plot and scheme to dethrone Jalal and then they will have a final showdown in a battle. Will wait and watch.
Now Jalal knows Jodha is not pregnant and is pure and chaste as she always was. What will he tell Mallika-e-Azam? Once he told her in front of every one that he had a one night stand with Jodha and that is why she is pregnant and now that she is not will he tell her the truth and nothing but the truth or will he based on this try to cut a deal with Jodha to get pregnant in real and then after she gives birth she can do whatever she wants? Will it be something similar to contract pregnancy deal back in 16th century? Pata nahi aur kya kya dekhne ko milega!
Initially when I saw the precap I was angry on you CV's for rushing this consummation which I didn't want to see for a long long time. I wanted to see the journey of their falling in love. When Jalal was on death bed after the tiger attack his words were that of his ammijaan and Ruqaiya. How her mom will be totally devastated with his death and how he doesn't want to disappoint Ruqaiya about not becoming a mother ever.
I want to see that journey from where he was only concerned about Ruqaiya's motherhood to the point where he wants to father a child with Jodha. I want to see every little step that his heart and brain had taken towards this direction. If you all directly make him roll in the hay with Jodha I will personally go to India and throttle you all.
The precap shows Jodha is not fully happy with Jalal yet or else why will she say she will go back to Amer once the baby is born? If it was all hunky dory then she wouldn't have said that. And classic was Jalal didn't even bother to comment anything on what she said, he completely ignored her statement and went on to talk about names of their child. He was in a different zone altogether. He has fallen head over heels but he will not even admit it to himself. I will be highly interested in that conversation of the precap. When, how, why did that take place I want to know.
The conversation of Jalal and Jodha today was mind blowing. One thing I will applaud you CV's is you have created a wonderful character of Jalal. So multi layered, multi talented, super intelligent, mature and wise from that Jalal which you showed us at the beginning of the show or during MC track. The Jalal that you are portraying now is super interesting and smart and as he said today in the monologue that if you are right then I am not wrong either, absolutely true! He went so deep to prove Jodha righteous and pure and he knew it personally but he didn't know what to do to prove it but with help of Salima Begum he saw the light at the end of the tunnel. I loved the depth and sincerity in his monologues today looking at Jodha, he sounded so sane and mature. Jodha will take a lot of time to reach that level of thinking and understanding, it reminded me of the time when in Amer he told Jodha don't try to guess what is going on in my head, just enjoy the fruits of it but don't try to gauge the working behind it.
Ab Jodha ka ruthna aur Jalal ka manana chalega but I don't want them to jump to consummation now no matter what! Please CV's take your own sweet time in making them fall in love first and then they have their whole lives to do what they want. I don't want their love stories to be rushed.
In this false pregnancy track some equations have changed, Jalal - Ruqaiya and Jalal - Maham. I am happy on both regards. Ruqaiya is intelligent, smart and knows Jalal well, very true but she has that pride of her position in the harem and her personal grudge against Jodha and that would have hindered her from giving the right guidance to Jalal in this case. This distance was required between them and I am happy it happened. It doesn't mean Jalal will not pay any heed to her or not look up to her with affection or respect but just this that he will not run to her for every little decision and suggestion and advice like he did earlier all along. He will have Salima and Jodha for that reliance.
And Maham, well as she said, she took one pilgrimage trip and things have changed. I was ecstatic when Jalal kept all this a secret from Maham as well. He didn't divulge about his plan with Salima and Hakim sahiba to Maham, he didn't tell her Jodha is not pregnant or that he never had any relationship with her, why he saved Jodha's honor in front of Mallika-e-azam...nothing was divulged to Maham and as usual she was trying to eavesdrop and sneak behind the curtain snooping to guess and scheme about what is going on.
And last but not the least Salima begum, hip hip, hurray! As I said in that palace of traitors and enemies at least Jalal has one ally who looks out for him and his relationship with Jodha. I remember how Jodha said in Amer to Jalal I pity your life devoid of love, well who can blame him when his own blood and relatives are after his life and power?! Obviously he will never be able to trust any one including his own shadow and that is not his fault. Its the throne which every one eyes for!
Anyway CV's, bottom line don't rush with the love story of Jalal and Jodha, take it slow, I don't want consummation any time soon. Show the budding love blossoming from both ends, Jalal's flirting with Jodha, teasing her, her getting unnerved, getting conscious about each other's presence, the thudding heartbeats, the covert looks at each other, the tingling touches if at all any, the craving for one another for a fleeting glance, those little gestures, eye locks and conversations, jealousies seeing how the other is smiling or talking to any one, aware of each other in a room full of people, those tiny smiles of Jodha and the famous smirks of Jalal, both looking forward to each other's company...I want to see all of these, SO PLEASE CV'S TAKE THE LOVE STORY SLOW.
