NO, I don't think ruqaiya will even think of harming Jalal. So whenever she said that she doesn't have problems in Jalal sharing night night / bed with his other Begums, it was true to her charecter, she knows that a a king he has many wives and the one who has many wives will have to share some time with each of his wife to suppress their hunger and anger. But she doesn't want him to spoil their relationship friendship of sharing the things amongst themselves (childhood habit being continued even after becoming man & wife) is not being followed in case of Jodha is not acceptable. She doesn't have problems in him having physical relationship with Jodha but ot in her alloted time.
So when they come out clean with this Preg news, she will believe them and with the will have secure feeling that Jodha is not her rival who is contesting for her position. When a mind is at peace, it will stop thinking evil. That is what she did during Jodha's suicide time (she hint her mindset to Jalal, so that he could save Jodha) and that is what she told MA that she has faith in Jalal, so she doesn't care even if Jodha spends nights with Jalal.
So I don't think she will turn too evil to have Jalal.
