This is 16th century we are talking about and there were no doctors just quacks with their guessing games and experience so, first of all Jalal is not going to challenge the medical report because there isn't any :p and second is he is going to either hear or see sharifuddin and will find out through common sense and eavesdropping. Which is fine with us as long as they sort out this mess as quickly as possible.
