I know many are angry with BB but then this world is made up of all types...not everyone is a Jhansi ki Rani, a Kiran Bedi or an Indira Gandhi...

changing one's innate nature is very difficult😕if we have the brave, we have the soft too...if we have the courageous, we have the fearful too...it's easy to tell others that they must stand up for themselves..but, unless we actually possess their nature, its difficult to see why they don't when they don't...
If the answer was so simple, emotional/physical abuse even today would be minimal na...

BTW, this note above ^^^ was a general reply in response to the BB uproar, not aimed at you 😊

I agree with you completely ! You can't always control a situation when you are emotionally distressed.

I meant jodha should go to HB without BB knowing about it . Everybody is thinking of ratanpur and sukanya and I'm thinking of getting BB out of that marriage :) weird obsessions !!
In a strange way, I think Jo considers HB her own mother - mother than she does Mainoo
and HB considers Jo her own daughter - more than she does BB...

I would definitely think such things would have unfortunately happened aplenty even with Akbar the Great...after all, he's still human...books on him commonly state that Akbar was always plagued with problems within his family. Since this is a drama, its focussing more on his familial life than administration, religion or conquest...
I'd think a broader evaluation i.e. trying to weigh achievements versus failures across all aspects of his life would be a better evidence of the fact that he was great or not...whatever the case, Akbar's family life all throughout was not the most peaceful - that's for certain if you go by records!😊

As for the serial I'd still think we're judging early...I'd reserve my judgement on his stance till the end of the week and see how it goes..😳
if he still stubbornly decides not to hear JO out and walks away then yes I'd be disappointed in him
Something tells me it'll not happen

I was also referring to the show tag line...not for the real deal 😆
And for some reason I think here Jalal will be shown to be deceived by his own for a while 😕

Haan...but (whenever it suits their convenience😆) CVs seem to be taking bits from the real deal only na...🤔

Jalal (and Akbar) was deceived by his own..no doubt about it..many needed/used him for power..😒 many feared him...but, how many wanted him only for being Jalal (or Akbar) [not the Shehenshah]

@Alakh: God knows 😭.
But it's the stupidest & saddest thing to happen!!!

Those poor girls give away all that they have & ONLY get abuse in return!!! 😡

It angers me so much I feel like breaking things!!
