Ruq lost her mind too soon. It's not queen-like to behave in such a manner with another queen. Kya yaar CVs... 🤢

I am not surprised by Ruqqu's behaviour. Slapping somebody that to a queen is No No for me whatever the circumstances maybe.

She never respects other harem begums.

Issue is not with the fact that jodha deserved the slaps or not...for what she had done...she deserved what she got..in fact, jodha's execution will also be justified...the issue is mallika-e-khas has a problem in controlling her hand...she slaps around people just like that...all jodha could say was "we were attacked by the tiger"...and, the woman goes berserk...she slaps jodha...excuse me?? How INSANE is that???it is this which is a prickly point...

Also, we say that Ruqaiyya behaves like an empress and all...

An empress would know how to take charge even when her husband dies...a King's life is always in danger...so even if they do become distraught its a possibility queens will be prepared for...

if the king passes away, the queen becomes the next in command like regent - till her son is old enough to rule...many-a-queen had to follow this...they didn't go around slapping people who brought them the bad news of their husband's death...

Mallikae-khaas does not reflect any royal breeding at all. Most times she comes across as a petty, controlling fish wife. All she keeps screaming about is her control over Shahenshah's mind ! She desperately needs some anger-management lessons. 😆

Jalal's only begum who is royal in her conduct is Salima begum...the woman of impeccable character...you know, I have no issues with ruqaiya slapping jodha after knowing the truth...for what jodha has done...she could/should be executed as well...but, slapping another queen just coz of fear of hearing something unpleasant from her is beyond my understanding...

Lashy has made a brilliant point of how the senior most queen should have behaved...I understand ruqaiyya's plight...I sympathise with her...but, if she would have done what lashy suggested...we would have saluted her...

I agree that Jodha's crime is grave. I had thought she would be thrown in the dungeons as soon as it was known that she has endangered the Emperor. As for Ruqaiyya, I just do not see any royal breeding in her actions. Her slapping other women is downright offensive !

I see these slaps as wake up and smell the coffee. Jalal is imp to many people and how everything could fall apart if anything happens to him. She should have been smarter than that. She stole chance from Jalal to defend himself against any danger. That is plain stupid.
