Well, wasn't that a googly? Endless number of speculations and doubts and guesses and today we come to know it's Salima begum who is the real culprit. Who would've thought the sweet, silent woman can have such a side as this?
Jodha, the woman who can never witness the people dear to her in pain and agony decides to put an end to all of this by walking up to Jalal and accepting all the insults and accusations hurled at her, she demands him to end her life but spare her brothers, spare more humiliation to her father and her family. She loves them too much to see them in despair.
Rukhaiya maybe for the first time sided with Jodha, not because she suddenly had a change of heart but because she simply didn't want an innocent to be punished for a crime she didn't commit. Ofcourse when she said "I don't know why she lied to the emperor" made me smile and think Aha, she is back.
Jodha again left Akbar tongue-tied. He really was struggling to think what to reply back to Jodha who in her way was absolutely correct. What was she to him after all? Nothing but a means to fulfill his revenge. His mind is reeling with the sudden turn of events. He gets the shock of his life when he realizes the real culprit of his child's death was Salima and to top it all off we have Jodha reminding him again the way he has always been treating her.
A really nice episode and I'm glad the real culprit is finally revealed, although the confirmation will come tomorrow. I was going mad thinking about the various people who could've done it.
Well this is my first analysis post here. Leave your comments. 😳
