Chapter 1:
Jalal was extremely guilty for doubting Jodha. He did not know how to ask for forgiveness neither did he know how to win hearts. This feeling was all new to him as he did not understand why it mattered so much that Jodha did not care about him. Jalal renewed the broken relationship of Sukanya. He also asked for Raja bharmal and sons forgiveness. But, with Jodha he just received silent treatment. He knew he had crossed all limits with her.
Jodha on the other hand was relieved that the nightmare was over and the real culprit was caught. She just hoped to not cross anyone's path in harem, especially Jalal. She wanted to live there as a nobody and not get involved with anyone. She felt it was too dangerous as everyone seemed to be getting her name in the mud. But destiny was pulling her in another direction, inspite of her trying to stay aloof.
Jodha was feeling very lonely and it was late in the night. She could not fall asleep and did not want to bother any of her dasis. Suddenly she heard thunders and was very excited that it was going to rain. She had always soaked herself wet in the first rain of the year. She got lost in all her wonderful memories of getting wet with her sisters and friends. She decided to go out and find an aloof place to enjoy the rain. She found one of the adjoining buildings to harem that had a terrace. She decided to go there and enjoy the rain.
She was completely lost in the smell of wet mud, cool breeze, smell of the flowers and after many days was able to finally relax and smile. She let the duppata down her head to feel the water in her hair. She started humming a song related to sawan. Her body swayed gently to the song.
Little did Jodha realize that there was an admirer watching her. Hours had past, Jodha continued enjoying the rain and the admirer enjoyed her enhanced beauty in the rain. The admirer had never seen anything more beautiful, anyone enjoy simple pleasures of life, be so carefree. Suddenly Jodha felt she wasn't alone. She turns and sees...
Chapter 2:
Jalal couldn't sleep that night, for that matter he wasn't able to sleep since he found out the real culprit. He had decided to go to the terrace when all of a sudden it started to rain. Slowly Jodha turned her head and realized that there was somebody standing far away. She got scared and worried, started to run away in the opposite direction.
She was close to the stairs when dupatta was stuck. She turned around to see Jalal holding the dupatta. He was furious, his eyes were mad in rage. Jodha didn't know what to do. She wanted to stay away from this man and was cursing her luck as to why against all odds it was Jalal who found her there. Jalal was mad because he was worried if someone else had seen her here. No normal person could have been able to control himself when something so beautiful was mesmerizing them. He couldn't understand how a princess could be so careless.
Jalal: Aap is waqt yahan akele kya kar rahi hai?
Jodha: Hamari saja suna dijeye or hume yahan se jane dijeye
Jalal: Saja??
Jodha: Mughal kanoon todne ki, akele hone ki, baarish mein bheegne ki, aur har baat ki sajaa
Jalal: Hamare sawaal ka uttar dijeye
Jodha: Hume yahan se jana dijeye, hume koi baat nahin karni
Jodha was succeeding in making him more angry, he didn't realize that he was holding her hand and crushing the glass bangles. Her hand started to bleed and there were tears pouring out of her eyes. Jalal did not realize that he was hurting Jodha
Jalal: Aap jab tak jawab nahin degi yahan se nahin jayegi. Har baar badtmeezi karti hai aap, hum sirf aap ke shauhar nahin shaehansha bhi hai!!
Jodha: Hum pehali baarish ka maja le rahe the, ajaad bande ki tarah ghoom rahe the, hamari saja suna dijeye. Hamari saja hi nahin, hamare bhaiyon aur parivar walo ki bhi saja suna dijeye
Jalal was shocked to hear what Jodha said. He knew where she was coming from, his cruelty had affected Jodha tremendously. Jodha was very weak as she had not been eating well. She slowly started feeling dizzy and fainted. She was about to about to fall when Jalal held on to her. He was shocked to see a pool of blood on the floor. He looked at her arms and realized what he had done. He cursed himself for hurting her repeatedly.
Chapter 3:
Jalal carried Jodha to harem and slowly laid her down. She was regaining consciousness and was shocked to see Jalal so close. Before she could do anything she saw Jalal taking her hand and removing the bangles slowly. She tried to take her hand away, but Jalal woudln't budge and tightened his hold on her.
Jodha: Hamara haath chodiye
Jalal: Zakhm saaf karna chahte hai, is liye chudiyan utar rahe hai
Jodha: Hamara haath chodiye, zakhm dene wale ko dariya dili dikhane dhong bhi aata hai
Jalal looks at the cut, they were not very deep. He was so relieved that he did not hurt her badly. He wipes them away and ties a cloth around it.
Jalal: Aap ko akele chat pe nahin hona chaiya tha, khatra ho sakta tha
Jodha: Hume smaran hai ki aapne kaha tha hamare hote hue tumhe koi bhai nahi hona chaiye, kya shenshah ko apni baat pe shak hone laga hai
Jalal: With anger in his voice, Hume yaad hai humne kya kaha tha. Lekin agar aap khule mein is tarah jayegi to koi bhi aap ke roop ke aage kamjor ho sakta hai. Jab hamari shamshir hi hume dhoka dedi aapki khoobsurti ke aage, to phir hum kisi aur pe kaise bharosa kar sakte hai
Jalal calls for some dasis to help Jodha change her clothes. He gets one final glance at her and leaves from there. The next day there are many workers over the harem. They have started some work there. Later Jodha finds out that a private terrace is being built so that women in harem can go there and enjoy the khuli hawa. Moti comes and tells Jodha that Shenshah did this for her only. Jodha says that is not possible, he must have a plan for that also.
Girls this is end of story. Hope you like it. I hope Ekta shows small incidences like this that help Jodha realize that Jalal is not that bad. I would hate Jalal to go and beg for her forgiveness. There are many good qualities in Jalal and those should be exposed, rather than making Shahensha a lost lover!
