There has been few posts here that implied Ruku or Hoshiyaar as the culprit. Ruku doesn't really believe that Jodha is the culprit as she was very anxious in meeting Dabi maker today. She wanted to know who doesn't want her to have title of Mariam Zu...something. She is working with brain as she wants to go to the root.

I think she cares more about finding who caused her to have a miscarriage, hence taking the title of Mariam-uz-Zamani away from her.

exactly if she thought Jodha was the one then she won't have bothered with looking elsewhere as Jalal is already convinced and is ready to punish Jodha after ten days. He is not doing any investigation.

Rukku hate Jodha crore..but she can't believe fully jodha did it..so she want to know who is real culprit...

Ruku doesnt entirely believe Jodha is guilty because in some episode few days back she was telling that she had miscarriages even before Jodha came to Agra.So the culprit must be someone local only.
