I think she is ruqu coz:

who will think she'll harm herself.

She's allowing shahensha to give 10 days. because she believes they wont think about her if she did so.

And how her character disappear in upcoming episodes. Is she going to be sad and get busy with her life allowing jodha and akbar to move...unless something happen and he keep her in side .

Added to that the haram'S Queen that why all ladies there they didn't get pregnant...remember the case of that lady who faked her pregnancy and claimed that jalal's child. She knew everything about her and when she got pregnant!!!

Maybe she knows she will lose the child that why she used this idea to losing her child to blame jodha
