Jalal was only a father today, his emotions and feelings were all that of a father. His loss as a father is so much that the emperor inside him is completely been subdued. I was impressed by the improvement in Jalal though as he didn't rush to Jodha immediately. It was only when all evidences pointed finger at Jodha did he completely loose it and go to her.This incidence will teach him that no matter how grave the matter, his emperor duties take precedence over anything else. He cannot get personal because the matter involves him or his family. Hence I feel the ever so just king Jalal has turned a monarch because he does not have the wisdom.
Jodha is prejudiced against Jalal for the longest time. Her bias at times leads her to not understand what might have caused Jalal to take certain decisions or develop certain personality. She has been brought up in a very good family with close relationships and lot of love. Hence it is very hard for her to imagine how someone could be without a heart. In the diwane-khaas you could see her anger firing through her eyes. Only if she had the wisdom to see the pain Jalal has gone thru. Only if she remembered how happy he was in the Jashn, how desperately he wanted a child. Then, she would have still cleared her name and requested him to listen. But, her face expressions tell me that she is going to be furious at Jalal for putting such a blame on her and her family.
Hamida and Salima have wisdom on their side as they have seen the world. Hamida's loss was huge as well, she has been dying to get a waris for the mughal sultanat. She did not loose her composure and neither did she loose her trust on Jodha. Somewhere deep down Jalal might also know that it was not Jodha, but his desire for the lost son is way higher and has blinded all senses.
Possible Culprits:
- One chance is that Maharana Pratap or some other rajput clan plotted this to get revenge on Amer for marrying Jodha to a mughal
- The other is Adham khan himself plotting against Jalal
- I can never let MA of any crime, specially when it involves killing many birds with one stone
Future:
We all know that Jodha will be proven innocent. I wonder if the Sukanya wedding track will be used where Jalal will be pacifying Jodha. How I would love that, but I wish Jodha is not too tough on Jalal as his loss was huge and any sane person would have lost it.
