I think it's Shareefuddin because he was angry with Jalal for giving everything back to Jalal. And he is also looking for throne.

it is shariffudin I guess, because he can get two benefits from this he can remove the throne and can blame jodha and her brothers so that he no need to send the money back to amer.

I voted other for Ruquaiyya. Even though she would benefit by giving Jalal a son, she must have done it to get rid of Jodhaa who she is obviously threatened by.
