Oh I love Jodha! For all her passiveness for most of her wedding ceremony she is coming up trumps nowadays! I got what i wished for! A Ruqaiyya-Jodha confrontation! Which would've looked so odd if it hadn't taken place today as it was Jodha's first 'official' day in the Agra fort. And what a win it was. Jodha calmly, not ruffling any of her glorious feathers but while ruffling all of Ruqaiyyas, won over her! Her logical, calm voiced slight amusement of Ruqaiyyas notion of her accepting her "gulaami" and her reply to that; was quite brilliant. I cannot forget the way she voiced her opinion of Ruqaiyyas silly notion. That slight smile on her beautiful face & In a clear voice she tells Ruqaiyya, "agar Aap ko lagta hain ki ek haar uthaane se, Hum Aapke ghulam ban Gaye; to yeh Aapka brahm hain aur Hume isse koi harz nahin".. Maan Gaye Aapko Begum Jodha! Ruqaiyya ko nahin samajh mein aaya ho, par Hume har din samajh aata hain ki Jalal ne Aapse vivaah kyun kiya! 😳

Ruq is drunk on her own power. That little stunt with the necklace, making Hoshiyaar Khan wear it & then gifting the same to Jodha, seemed ego appeasing at first, but it was a churlish move. Jodha again, displayed a maturity beyond her 17 years. I am waiting for the day that Jodha genuinely begins to give it back to Ruqaiyya. That day, the woman has had it! I mean, Jodha gets what she wants. She wanted Jalal's sar. And Jalal's sar she will get. But not a "katta hua sar" but a "Jodha ke Pyaar mein Khoya hua sar !" 😳

your post on Jodha is a result of acute analysis I must say...After today's episode the ball is now in Jodha's court.. she from every inch behaved like a royal lady, a dutiful wife today.. She very calmly but firmly backfired Ruqaiyaa twice..It was indeed a jodha's day.. 😊

jodha's indifference pinches jalal and ruku is doing a good job of spreading salts on his wound,but she dosent know that this wont create a problem for jodha but distance jalal from her.
