I have seen Muslims wearing two Tikas or jumars at the same time, one in the middle and one to the side. They also were just one to the side. However, I have never really seen them wear just one in the middle. I mean everyone wears everything now but traditionally, I have seen the two style that I mentioned.

Its called "bor" a round tikka is called bor, anciently all families would have their own bor, they would give their DIL, which would signify as married status of woman -Mangal sutra type also that gal accepted her husband's family & their tradition.
