As we reported earlier that Smili Suri might get replaced from Ekta Kapoor's Jodha Akbar. Now we heard Lavina Tandon, who is currently seen as Gaal Pari in Sab TV's Baal veer has stepped into Smile's shoes.
When contacted Lavina confirmed the news, "Yes I am doing Jodha Akbar and already started shooting for the same."
Lavina also bagged a meaty role in Balaji Telefilms 'Mera tera Rishta Purana', which is adaption of Manju Kapur's novel Custody. She will be seen as actor Cezanne Khan's sister-in-law.
