When aag track started, we were so excited seeing that ring shine on his finger!! Jab jab Arshi ko dilasa dene k liye haat aage karta tha, the ring used to shine like diamond and reminded us that Anirudh is taken, by Jhanak...❣️ Ab iss ring ki bhi koi value nahi rahi...kya hi fayda pahenke rakhne se! He is taken by Arshi Mukherjee afterall..
Kya Dibya tum is serial ka is turn ko dil pe oe rahi ho? Leena ne Ani aur Jhanak ko move on karva diya with one party and one dance? 😂😂😂 aur hum yeh maane? Kyun?
Aise thodi narrative judti hain… You must know it’s not a word or simply an action that sets the character’s graph… After saying he recognises the vileness of Arshi in no uncertain terms… if the narrative binds him to her… isnt it necessary for the narrative to explain why? An anniversary party or a small dialogue isn’t enough to establish why he remained tied to Arshi… A divorce is not an impossibility in the real world… if it’s so in the reel world… Leena must spend time to show why… Also if indeed it is becos Ani just doesn’t care… even then the aspect of showing for society cannot be explained given how Ani was…. If indeed it is becos Ani has accepted fait accompli… the motivations for it must be more elaborated upon - this flipper logic doesn’t work for me at least cos show me one moment in this serial when Ani has FLIPPED FOR ARSHI AFTER REALISING HIS LOVE FOR JHANAK… so I don’t buy this narrative in his case… agar in 5 saal main kuch hua hain toh batana padega with FBs not this normalisation party 😂😂😂 which proves nothing but the fact that Leena is even more of a dud writer than I thought of…I mistakenly called her a writer!!
Like I said at baby announcement stage, the glossing over Jhanak’s Amar Prem and her subsequent blow hot and blow cold were expedient tracks to parachute Didi… cos Jhanak even if she was hypocritical… or stupid there was some meaning , to her stance… even if it was guided by misplaced sense of propriety…
Her pride that the love they share will be enough for their lifetime and so to see Sirjee physically involved with Arshi would/should have opened the wounds but instead to get Anishit wedding going they showed a Jhanak from then on who became unrecognisable to most especially in the baby bachao phase… Then without any preamble she runs off with the kid…Bizarre!! Even while saying she wants to return 🤷🏻♀️
My point is when a story outline is made which is not to let the lovers come together, the script writing team has to sit with the vision team and explore how to make those separations or MUs believable. To me, Jhanak going away this time around was still believable even if her agreeing to marry was only half believable cos they set the partial base for it… Mentioning her condition for legality which is a huge trigger for Jhanak and partially her need that it be amicable ( whether it was out of fear of Didi or her own complexes I don’t know) BUT her need to run with that kid not explainable given her shenanigans of trying to maniacally establishing that kid’s antecedents. So what is it that the writer wants to convey about her character? Nothing except to keep one useless character relevant 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
I refuse to bash characters for poor writing.. give me a believable tilt for why Ani gave up other than the trope that he adjusts when J isn’t around. All situations in the past threadbare had different justifications for why he stayed on with Didi..so this must have one if not I don’t buy it!! Simple!!
I will lay blame on the writer’s door only!!
