She has been there in the industry since very long...worked with reputed PHs. she had enough experience to handle such situations. What making her to continue is a big question to me.

Maybe she doesn’t have a choice right now. It’s harder to quit the show when you are the title character and face of the show 🤷‍♀️

Look at the condition of ITv right now. No matter how long you’ve been in the industry, things are bad for everyone. No one is able to get work easily and actors don’t have any power to dictate things or get another project easily after leaving one project.

Haan...they have to maintain reputation of professionalism also...I remember Paneer uncle excused previous leads of this gen in Rishta due to unprofessional conduct..kitni badnaami hui...aise me kaam milna aur bhi mushkil ho jata hai...most importantly, she is the titular...she cannot leave the show abruptly..that's again unprofessional..I think this time, after the leap news came out, leads were retained by the PH with assurance of the timeline of their tracks ending...that's why KrusHi decided to stay...otherwise both have their individual plans after their exit..

Yeah Krushi are stuck with the show unless a generation leap happens or show ends 🤷‍♀️. I guess that is how their contract must be set up so they are just passing the time until then.

Agree ...but there is no growth in her character .as actor also does she get satisfaction...I doubt about it also.

Everyone needs financial security Mayuri ji . It's a very competitive industry once your show ends it's pure luck to get a new show with in few months. That too with good PH and channel. Sometimes actors get new show after YEARS. It's particularly bad for actresses coz there's an age limit within which they get the lead roles. Once they cross 35 they r not going to get these kinds of roles unless the show is about some mature woman . So they have a limited time window to secure themselves financially unless they already have a good personal background with rich parents lol. They are not normal people like us. Our salary gets increase with time and experience in almost every field. It just opposite for them.
