I guess she will also come to conclusion regarding Ani’s feelings.,, only those 3 good people in that house accept the marriage of Ani & Jhanak.., & they don’t feel anything wrong in what Ani does for Jhanak … like from hospital Chooton wanted Jhanak to be with Ani as she’s his wife 
their relationship is limited to only this

it’s not even moving an inch Ani is long out of that relationship & having his dream about something else .. Arshi should mention him about abroad plans in Holi he was thinking of going to honeymoon in Kashmir ., so with Arshi honeymoon in Kashmir to remember his beautiful time spent with Zhanak
