I am yet to see the last week's episode, so I absolutely don't have any idea, how everyone danced but from the promo what I saw & I know that I definitely not gonna like Salman's performance, because he was just doing the same from years now & trust me it just bored me.Coming to this week, I actually didn't know Sid before, & after 1st week's jumbled up episode I failed to make an impression about him fairly, but he did a pretty good job, I understand he is a non dancer & being one he did a fabulous job, though as Ganesh said I found him bit loose on movement of krump but still he managed to pull out whatever is given to him & I think Pranalini is good as a choreographer because unlike many who doesn't (Read Jai) give a damn on his/her partner's strength, she pretty well started to get his strength & weekness. I would love if he would have been scored a 27, but 26 is ok though.
I knew the actress Surveen but the dancer Surveen amazed me a way more. In the first episode her performance was toned down to balance with Harpal's but this week she just managed to outshine for me. I loved her performance to bits. The lifts, moves & expressions worked for me & I found it as just what was required. A 27 was okay with me. Sanam is one of my favourite choreographers this season & he has one of the good dancers,hope he utilizes the fullest.
Before, I jump to Chutki, I just want to mention, Kjo finally said it for Diwakar, that he has always been paired up with some challenging contestants & he just works so hard with her/him whereas some choreographer repeatedly gets good partner is just so biased about Rangeela. Again this guy have to fall out of competition so early. I felt so bad for him.
Now yeah coming to Chutki's part of dance, I never expected to do him good but the last episode was may be his best dance for lifetime, I am shocked how did he just managed to lift & throw his legs on air?? Shocking, atleast for me.
Jai, is plain, simple lazy & disgusting. What I see from last episode is, inspite of being a non dancer, Helly has good flexibility & she can be trained pretty well, but all Jai is doing is nothing. I actually felt her very unfortunate once again to be paired up with Jai, what Jai did last week is what he doing from years now as well. He, himself was confused what to do so how on the earth anyone expect her to dance well. Poor girl. I expected good impact from her initial acting part, as it had a powerful message but then her dance just fell out of places & I simply know it was purely because of Jai.
Last but not the least, coming to Shantanu (I purposefully mention him at last, as I know I will biased in writing an essay over him), he was, is, & will always be my favourite dancer, though I was not very sure about Alisha's choreography but Alisha, surprisingly, chose the right chord for him & there they were, just bang on, by means of flip, jump, floorwork, sync, expression & DANCE. He was just the best out there & I was so happy he earned good comments, happy dances & RESPECTS from the judges. The guy is just so deserving. His last week's score was so upsetting as a fangirl & this week I was like, now we talk. Anyway I am looking for him to attempt more dance form especially the one he is not at ease on. I expected 2 perfect 10s(call me biased, still I am less than Rangeela) but somewhere i read in this forum & I agree, I expected them to come from KJo & Jacky but it was Ganesh who scored him 10 & I am happy that it came from the technical one. More to come for sure. I would love him to get a 29 but for the beginning it was alright.
Rest I chose to ignore Mona, Chutki's stupid joke. They were ok as I got the chance to escape for dinner then 😉
