I've watched her performance four times now... twice online, once during the telecast and forth during the repeat telecast. Not to mention the countless bts videos of her technical rehearsals that I've seen.
Bannooo is etched in my head along with Sanaya and her moves.
My fav part of the dance was when she was moving and Jai was rolling on the floor beneath her. That takes a lot of sync and practice, they nailed it.
Another thing was that their synchronization of the act on a whole was phenomenal.
Sanaya was totally immersed in her character, I loved that Jai gave her the spotlight and she enchanted everyone with her pagal and sanki self.
I'm so proud to be her fan, she has grown so much as a dancer.
Everyone got up when Sanaya and Jai's performance ended, they enjoyed it and were so proud, one thing this season I've noticed is that everyone is really nice, and they all have a good banter and appreciate each other's work. I've never seen that in any of the other seasons.
Also I have to commend Jai, his cuts and bruises must have definitely been a bother and hurting but he didn't let it show, he's amazing!
The banter that Manish and Sanaya share is one of a kind, its because they're friends, he knows she won't mind what he says, she just laughs and attempts to hit him. That's the way she is, so in pov its honestly okay, I don't take it to heart, because if anyone should it would be Sanaya herself and she's okay with it so there should be no reason why anyone else should have a problem with it.
I think Karan just adores Sanaya, mostly because he knows she has the potential to win the show, in my opinion that's why I think he scored her strictly in the first few weeks, but he expects a lot, especially since he knows her from before. Plus he knows her craziness... lol this girl is a gem!
Shahid's Sanaya Irani...my heartstrings fluttered. You could see how he really enjoyed her performance and he definitely noticed how much she was enjoying it as well.
I loved what Ganesh said about her versatility, its absolutely on point.
I swear when Lauren was about to talk, you could see Sanaya was like uh oh, what's she gonna say now? Sanaya was thoroughly shocked with Lauren's comment. I loved that Lauren noticed how great of an actress Sanaya is.
Rishi's comments also were nice, apart from the act itself and the technical dancing, her expressions and body language was bang on! That's super important also, because if they weren't good, then the act would not have made the impact that it did.
Abhishek's comments were short and sweet.
Sanaya adores Karan also, the way she brought him on stage for the Dafli Waale part. So sweet!
When the scores came around, Sanaya was contemplating if to go hug or not but she couldn't help it and she ran to Karan.
Shahid's smile when Sanaya was approaching him for the hug, then he patted her head. So adorable.
She hugged Rishi and then Abhi was like no hugs for me, his SRK pose... lol, it was funny.
Ganesh is hilarious, he loves to run from her, there's a cute nok jhok between them. And then he swirled her around, I love when he does that, sweeping her off her feet every time.
She wasn't crazily running to Lauren but it was a sweet hug they shared.
When Jai saw Lauren's ten, he ran all over and then to Deepak, he's probably closest to him, it was sweet.
Lol she was so excited, and in disbelief as she got the perfect 40, she thanked her mom and dad, she's such a sweetheart.
That bunny hop to their seats and then everyone hugging them.
One thing I love about Sanaya and even Jai, they're genuine people, they are always cheering and supporting the other choreographer-contestant jodis. Either by hugs after the performance, lovely words or cheers from the offside.
I noticed Sanaya cheering from her seat for Irfan and during Scarlett's performance, she and Jai were on the top seat area and jumping up and down.
When Irfan mentioned that he would have wanted Scarlett to stay because when he sees Scarlett dancing, he feels to play cricket, because that passion for dance in her in quite evident as it is with him during cricket. The camera panned on Sanaya and I could clearly see her mouthing, "That is so sweet."
Lol Sorry its so long but hey I'm a writer, so my trait is always there! 😉😆
