he did indicate from 1st episode this season he knew of Sanaya.. But I didn't think that he would know as far as to know a character, name and characteristics of a character she played too..
cz he commented on that also.. abt the act being different from Sanaya's real life personality as well as different from the on screen characters she plays on screen.. He mentioned both..

I don't know whether he knew Parvati of RR ... quite possible, as he knew that this act was different from her onscreen characters as well as her offscreen personality ... but also "Poo bani Parvati" is a line from his film K3G ... so he made a play of words on that. There Kareena does the reverse transformation😆
