A very kind friend here told me that there is app that can be downloaded to vote for people in abroad. I am a big zero in these matters. Can anyone tell me what this app is? Is it only for Iphone or Ipad as well? And how to use it?

I am sorry if anyone is finding me annoying here but I am really desperate to vote for my Sanka Devi 😭 So if anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it. Also...is anyone here from Canada who is able to vote? I am not even sure yet if Canadians can vote or not.
