I watched the Shahid-Sanaya bit on FB ... and I agree, Sanaya's natural personality was very much on display there, even though that part was definitely scripted ... she is not the kind to get starstruck. Maybe that's why she was selected to do that little byplay ... or did all the contestants get a moment with one of the judges?

Hi, Diya! You have seen me in the IPK forum? I am quite surprised because I have only ever posted a handful of OSs there! I had been quite active on RR forum in the 1st 1-2 months of the show's airing! Anyway, since we have never "met" before, it is better late than never, I believe! So, officially, hi, I am Archana!

And, you must watch the contestants' entry sequence! I don't dance, but I can say that her part was flawless! I hadn't expected that, but it just really was!

And, the little byplay, well, it was only Deepika, Sanaya & Vivian who spoke! I think, Vivian is kind of nice, but Sanaya's natural spunk & the fact that she wasn't fawning over Shahid, and that the woman has the presence of mind to introduce herself is what impressed me, despite the entire thing being scripted.

I guess it has something to do with both her growing up in South Bombay and thus running in to the stars is a way of life and her simply being herself.. she doesn't take stardom of either herself or others seriously.

But in any case i really appreciate when celebrities r not star struck of other celebs.. an idol him/herself shouldn't have idols.. unless the idol is from a former generation they have grown up watching.

when they introduced the contestants with tha video...i liked the fact that it started with sanaya...shes was looking so good...that jusr made be more excited. it had got some good energy 😃

Lol! Thank you! I am glad that you think, I am not the total fangirl type because back home, I am considered one! And, God, I am one of those true blue IPKKNDians! Let's not get into that or you'll be disillusioned about me not being a fangirl! ;)

Ok, coming to the dance, I think, Sanaya will do well once she gets over the jitters that accompany the 1st performance! I mean, I saw how wonderfully she danced in that entry sequence because she did not look nervous at all. So, yes, I think, she'll do fine!
