I am just wondering if Remo himself is qualified to give any kind of criticism. š We all know that Madhuri is there because of the whole "actress/glamour" thing and KJO is like the "voice of the common man" type of judge.
But everyone always states that Remo's comments weigh the most. Even on the show they hype him up to be some sort of big hot-shot choreographer who has knowledge of all forms.
Last time I checked, Remo's forte is the "urban" dance styles. like Hip Hop, Crumping, Break dancing, etc. Since when does he have any knowledge of Rumba, Samba or any other form?
His dance school specifically focuses on Hip Hop, he made a movie that had mainly hip hop style of dancing.
Even on Dance India Dance, the three judges represented and stood for different forms. Geeta was known for her Indian dances...Terence took care of the whole contemporary/latin ballroom type dances and Remo's Rangeelay. And on DID he keeps his mouth closed and Terence does al the technicalities
I know this isn't a "real dance show" and the judges don't need to be renowned and knowledgeable. But still, just thought id point it out!
