I agree the costume was 🤢...Man i did not even see Zeenat Aman who portrayed a Villege Gori in Satyam Shivam Sundaram look this Vulgar in the skimpiest of clothes ever worn by a Village Gori

So just watched the technicals and I think her shorts and stole are needed for the performance. The steps require her to be upside down and having a long skirt would just look weird.

If she carries herself well (and gracefully) it'll be fine. Most dance shows have such costumes but I think with an Indian act, it looks odd...

We'll prob have more to discuss after the show...

Nope from what you wrote I gather you are a Non Dancer and thus can't differentiate between the two...if Bollywood Tadka is going to be depicted through the Dress than the Dance then it should have looked more Indian...Like the TM said a Knee Length Dhoti or a proper skirt even if short would have done the trick... Salsa is confined to the Dance here and keeping that in mind she is performing with Stilettos which is fine...but costume is no where fulfilling the criteria
