.i think u should suggest ds pranayam to drasti as well. Because it doesn't only help people to get peace but help people to reduce their excessive weight also. Also it helps them to avoid constipation. What if Drasti starts doing ds pranayam, she would be Skinny, also won't have Constipated expressions ever. Lol
