how to confirm online voting?

I am confused, how do we confirm if we have casted our vote? we click the vote now button and a popup comes with "close" in it? btw, when trying to vote thru BSNL number, it gives error as message cannot be send...anyone in south india trying to vote thru BSNL mobile?
