nope.. Last week there was no elimination, so that week VOTES will be added with this week's (week 14) Marks n Votes..
So combined score=week 13's VOTES+ Week 14's MARKS+VOTES

Akku 0 is counted...okay last week she didn't perform and scored 0...so both marks and votes of last week are counted...

The week before that She scored 60...that isn't counted but that weeks votes are gonna be added to this weeks votes...still shakti is at loss as her scores remain zero!
