It isn't usually possible to nail technique and polish in a short 3 month span on a dance show but yes Ashish's natural sense of rhythm and the joy he takes in dancing should hopefully provide for good performances in the coming weeks.

I totally agree with what you said about Shampa...very talented choreographer indeed.

In a recent interview when he was to describe himself in 5 words, he said "just 3 words - a good student". Simple words but so profound. Says a lot about him and his attitude.

WORD...I realize this the more I watch him approach anything he does...be it acting or dancing...he is truly a good student who puts all his dedication and sincerity into doing whatever he does.

Hey Anu :)
I loved how he was so energetic and full of life while performing. Usually when he is sitting, he is really shy but as soon as he is on stage, he transforms himself fully and doesn't leave any beat and neither any expression.
I wish Remo would also give him a 9 instead of 8.
Shampa is brilliant, she can push Ashish more and extract out his best work.
Loving it how without much nautanki and footage Ashish still manages to remain one of the much talked about participants.
He is definitely the dark horse of the race.

LOL it doesn't matter that Remo gave an 8...like Ashish himself said, he was expecting much less scores...😆...to him every extra point was a bonus...how happy he looked when Madhuri and the others gave him nines...I think Ashish keeps everything in PERSPECTIVE...he gives his best regardless of whether he felt unsure of managing this style, the dance form or what scores the judges would give him...his ability to focus is truly commendable...I wish I could focus that well😆

Yes, he is definitely the dark horse of the race who just does his work and leaves...and still manages to get so talked about despite doing absolutely nothing to hog the limelight😆

Anu, ahh that relief on his face after seeing the score, he really did not expect a good score, because probably the dance form was new to him. Burt I was literally jumping seeing his performance, tremendous energy and top notch expressions. His focus and dedication deserves a clap for sure.
And he had a genuine smile when kjo told him that he is a silent killer.
At your last lines, I respect him for that, even while he asks for votes, I find him so humble and laid back. I swear by god he is making me tolerate all the nonsense of palak, I mean I watch the whole episodes only to get a glance of him now..
Colors don't even promote him :(

Honestly Megha, if promotion means the kind of nonsense they keep showing with Palak or other lame gags, then I think Ashish is better off not being promoted and just sticking to his dancing which he is doing quite well.

KJo totally ripped off that silent/violent line from the R.Rajkumar movie from which this sari ke fall sa song was...lol...but yeah Ashish's grin in response was cute.

😲.. That line was from a movie?
Anu, all I was happy that he had a smile because his work was liked, his nervousness while recieving the scores was visible.
The scores raised his confidence a lot.
About promotion , all I meant was that colors edited his footage with DD but could air everything else. And its unfair. Palak did not even score good, but still he is there with OTT drama. Most celebs here are not new to this strategies and thus they lap up the opportunities for their publicity. These are very new to Ashish, and I am happy how he is least bothered to understand all these. One more thing the kid annoys me too, why can't he behave like his age ?
