Its really sad to see people saying that vulgarity and such dances are what people want to see in today's times. India as a country has lost its culture and roots. I'm so disappointed in all those celebs that promote this cheap form of dancing on a reality show. šŸ‘ŽšŸ¼

But that's what it is. People do want to see this. Last season KJo was all for the sensuality along with the other judges. If the judges are encouraging it then obviously the contestants and choreographers will use sensuality to get points.

Yes, maybe a few. But as a general audience I disagree that most want to see it. See the problem is that with these types of dancing, the major focus shifts to the choreographer and contestant building immense chemistry hence taking the attention off the the real dancing. There is a proper way to carry out these dance forms. But what Salman and Lauren showed was a cheap and vulgar way. I agree with you. How can you expect audience appropriate acts from the contestants and choreographers when the judges themselves (KJO in particular) make such rated R comments? The line needs to be drawn. I hope this act of Salman & Lauren is censored for the sake of the young audience that watches this show.

Why are you so shocked? Arent you a huge Madhuri fan who swears by her dance numbers, which were full of sensuality, and sometimes pushed the envelope. But when someone else does it you have a problem with it. What a hypocrite you are.
Whats wrong with what I said? People DO want to see sensuality. Why else do you think songs like Chikni Chamei and Tandoori Murghi get popular? That's what people want to see. I am just stating a fact, not sure why you are trying to give lectures on how that isn't the case.
And also, if you read my post properly, I did agree that This performance of Salman-Lauren, based on the pictures, did seem like too much. Ofcourse there should be limits - that was implied in my post. So not sure why you are giving such a dramatic reaction.

-_- I don't think majority of the audience are still that open to watch such things with family. I am not saying, we are all dudh ke dhule but showing such things during prime time when the whole family is watching is a bit too much. And hell, isn't akshat going to be present there? The theme seems really explicit, and i would hate it if the kid performs on such things.
On a side note, JDJ should limit itself to adult and not bring in children and if they want to show such things better put a disclaimer saying children should be kept away from the show.

The photos are stills so you get to see each and ever pose in detail ..frozen in time ..but while performing these poses will be for a split second on the screen so the overall impact might not be as bad as you see in these photos...

I am not looking forward to this act at all. For heaven's sake there is a child artist performing as well as the millions of kids watching this on national TV. This is way too much exposure IMO..
