No it was just a celebrity dance program and nothing else.

But yes Mona Singh made lot of improvement as she went up the stages.

In my opinion Sweta was definitely the best dancer but yes it was finally the best two who were in the finals. And the most popular one won. 👏 👏

I think Jhalak Dikhla Jaa was a reality program made basically on the Non dancer celebrity profiles.

The participants except Rati & Shveta are all were non-dancers. Rati's entrance can be reasonable because she came on dancing floor after 25 years.👏

But Shveta is an excellent dancer. From her previous performance on a show on Zee her performance was excellent. She danced on all Madhuri Dixit's dance and I feel Sanjay Lela Bansali was referring her similarity to Madhuri Dixit for that show only. Shveta immensely danced well.👏Even I like that more than hers in JDJ.👏

Now question comes why she accepts the offer where the entire participants are non-dancers. I feel she was almost confident that she would be the Winner and that is nothing abnormal. "In one interview she said she doesn't know dancing, again infront of the judges she can dance any time, again in another she said I am a born dancer and my mom says I can dance in any tune of a song." I like her dancing but this time accepting this offer one way was painful to her but in other way She Came Into Public Notice and got fame which she did not have earlier upto this level. I wish her best for all her future endeavor.

But as this was basically the acknowledgement and appreciation to be given to the person who is basically non-dancer but in three months she or he has to prove herself/himself as a Good Dancer. Result is absolutely okay, deserving and worthy too.

Mona Singh proved it exact way …………. How a non-dancer becomes a Good Dancer. Public selected her with proper justification. Where is wrong in it. I like Mona's gesture when she taken the Trophy jointly with Shveta. Bravo Mona. You are a good actress, dancer and after all a good human being. Mona just remain like this Mona which is a real Gold yeah Sona.

YES,Dunno who circulated this false information that JDJ is for non dancers...The concept is just to bring in celebrities from various walks of life onto the dance floor who dont dance for a living,it wasnt strictly meant for non dancers,because everyone of those contestant maybe barring the chef have danced in their lives

You are right ...she is non dancer ...and in each and every category of dance styles ...she was not dancing upto the mark ...but just managing . This is true that out of whole lot only these two were dancing to the tunes ...but no body can make non dancers dance .The person should have atleast know the ABC of dancing then only can dance .So dont think that everytime saying that i m not a dancer ...i did hard work ...please please vote for me ...is upto the level where she is today .

This is the fact that she has won b coz of her popularity .. not becoz of her dancing skills. Even 10 yrs old child can make out wether she was dancing or just doing some excercises. But yes her effort was applaudible .And she got more than she expected or she deserved .. So all credit should go to you ...all her supporters.

"Majority of the audience"?? Then why didn't this MAJORITY vote and get Shveta to win?? Or was it Shveta fans got over confident (like Shevta) that she would be declared the winner and not bother voting....

I'm sure many have heard the saying.... You snooze you lose.

At the end of th day this show was NEVER going to be about who was the better dancer... it was always about popularity (its a money making scheme) and this time Mona fans were more dedicated in getting her to win... in their eyes she deserved it, in shveta fans she deserved it, but then again there were mahesh fans, aakash fans, ajay fans etc who all believed they deserved it.. Mona won..thats it.. theres no need for anyone to justify anyones winnngs... that night was her night but unfortunately (whether you think she deserved it or not) that moment was taken away from her by the judges and shveta... thats not fair!!

(nb. no offence is intended towards either sides fans.. its just my opinion)

Mona fans voted their hearts out....that doesnt make her the best,because when both Mona and shveta went for campaigning,SO SO SO many congratulated shveta for her dance,HArdly anyone called mona the best dancer,people connected to her Jassi image,sang the JJKn title song,and addressed her as "jassi"......I was speaking to my one of my old friends today,and the conversation veered into JDJ,and she too was truly very disappointed that Mona won...SO may feel so,every newspaper is carrying the same stuff,that JASSI won....


ABout the judges not heartily congratulating Mona,its unfair/fair enough that she won,because she didnt deserve to win...And thankfully SLB and Farah were behaving like humans,and not like mahaatmas....AFterall,they too were disappointed....WHy put up a facade,that too when Archana and PArmeet were the least considerate,and went on spouting crap like "your dreams are shattered shveta,after so much hardwork,you must be feeling so sad blah blah" 🤢

and this topic about shveta being a dancer has been discussed to death,and the same fan no 1 has started n number of topics in the past about the same issue...Just another redundant topic,to justify!...
