Mona didn't deserve the scores she got

If u put in order the best of the performances of both Shveta & Mona in the final , the order according to me is like

1) O meri Naina....... 30

2) folk dance by Shveta......29

3) Disco dance.........26

4) Bijli giri........28

5) 2nd performance of Mona........24

6) 1st performnace of Mona.........21

Did Mona deserved 28 for her bijli dance ?Why Sanjay Leela Bhansali gave 10 ? Mona's last performance was no where near to Shveta's O meri naina , then how Sanjay gave them both the same scores? Mona didn't deserve Farha's 9 also , if she deserved 9 from Farha then Shveta should have got 10 for her folk dance.

I thought Shveta's disco dance was much better than Mona's disco ( which she did in previous round).

Mona deserved much less than waht she got.

This is not fair.
