I apologize for calling "ALL" mona fans biased...But "MOST" of them were...atleast that I was the impression I got,after seeing so many posts with the above stated excuses....PEople accepted that SHveta was the best,but still came up with excuses for asto why they wouldnt vote for shveta....

I haven't read every thread regarding this because after I read a couple of posts, it seemed like "mostly" shveta fans had one argument against mona fans (and this wasn't you, it was some other people)

I never liked mona because of those reasons you gave...I frankly liked shveta in the beginning because obviously she has the talent but as the show progressed, I think mona is dancing better (I don't mean to say I like her because she is "improving" or whatever, I like her dancing now)

I don't think Mona, of all people, is in need of "sympathy votes" because like most people know, she is famous for her role as jassi and there are people who will overlook the dancing aspect and vote for her just based on that. But on the other hand, there are a lot of people who vote for because of how she makes them feel when she dances, in my opinion, her performance is a complete package: dancing combined with style, personality (while dancing), how she emotes, facial expressions, etc. etc.

and I understand what you mean, I have read many posts bashing shveta but they were only made by a handful of mona fans...

the only problem I am having, like I said before, is that there are some shveta fans who have jumped onto the "biased bandwagon" without really giving reasons for what they think. you explained how you feel but others are just criticizing all mona fans in general and it's not fair because I haven't said anything about shveta's character because I don't think any of us are in any position to judge her or ANY OTHER CONTESTANTS (i.e. pooja bedi)

so, I hope you don't think that all fans are like this way because some of us have legitimate reasons and I hope you ignore the ones that don't.

here's one of the members I was referring to: as you can see, this one has no legitimate reasons...

anyways, I don't want to be at loggerheads with you, I just wanted you to see that I'm not a biased mona fan.

I've stood up for some anti-shveta threads! and to counter what you said about standing up, there aren't many shveta fans who stand up for posts against mona...

but whatever, it's all said and done now...hopefully there won't be anymore anti-shveta or anti-mona posts

And you have to know that there were hardly any anti mona threads..Not even one thread has been started with the sole purpose to malign Mona's character.....There were people who started bashing her in the thread "campaigning for votes",which was wrong,but barring that one thread,I dont think Mona has been bashed anywhere else...whereas people bash shveta in so many threads...threads are being made with the sole purpose of maligning her character and proving that Mona is a better human than her....Posts made with the title "Shveta is jealous of Mona"..posts bashing shveta for being in tears when she didnt get good scores......and people bash shveta's looks,too...someone said that shveta would never be in a movie,because she is 30 years old and doesnt look nice....Yes,some of us have spoken about Mona's weight,but only in the context of dance....whereas calling shveta "bad looking" happens without any rhyme or reason

Everyone needs to stop all the mudslinging and bashing.....Because,one can dig out so many examples where bashing has taken place,and ensue the neverending blame game....

on most of these threads, people had found peace, but somehow this one got resurrected and look at the personal attacks especially! i wonder why the mods din;t close the topic just looking at the mere title of it. I am waiting..

The title of this thread is in a poor taste. Who is to decide what Shveta really is? People who keep to themselves are judged as snobs and bad. Just because someone doesn't become overfriendly with other contestants doesn't mean that she should be branded as a bad human.

guys this is more thn enuf now.....none of us knw shveta. We dont haev the right to point fingers at her character simply based on wht ppl lik akash (who was so bloody indecent on Kandy Floss! n has still nto gotten over his defeat! ) or Pooja BEdi or any1 else says....

I have no interest in what kind of person Shveta is...whether she is an angle or a vamp---I dont care! IM not going to be spending the rest of my life with her--am i?

I knw the author of thsi post jsut wanted to question why some ppl have negative opiniosn of shveta but since JDJ is a dance competition the main topic of discussion shd be dance n not shveta's character. N if u can find 2 ppl who speak negatively of shevta, I can find 10 ppl who praise her!

it does not really matter whether she is good or bad, we are looking at her dancing skills which she is excellent...so let's leave it at that point.. 😊
