Chang deserves to win! period! Cha-Cha for the win!

If the article is true (which I don't think it is) then the wrong thing here and the reason of resentment is not that Chang has been chosen as the winner and not Sushant- the main point here is that the channel is merely fooling the people into voting and wasting their money and time whereas they are chosing the winner themselves. And also that the channel is making others like Sushant and Yana work unnecessarily inspite of their injuries when they have already picked up the winner.

Nobody has ever denied that Chang doesn't deserve to win. Infact many here like Chang. However the winner should be picked ONLY on the basis of votes (which is the original format) whether it be Sushant Chang or anyone else. The article gives an idea that is not going to be done, hence the outburst.

I don't believe it now, and I wouldn't have believed it then as well, cos the article is written in a sort of loose manner. But YES- if there had been some logical article saying Sushant WILL be the winner of JDJ -- then still I would have felt that the channel IS WRONG- cos people are voting day and night for making their favourites win. When our votes do not hold any importance at all, then why vote????

In fact, I'm amazed that fans of other contestants do not have a single word to say about this whole rigging story, cos this is not a case of 'being unfair' only to Sushant, but also Yana and Mahi (Yes- Yana who is practising her dances with a broken rib and Mahi who is on painkillers), and even the viewers like yourself who vote every night and spend time and money. I find it weird that instead of commenting on Sony and JDJ and the article, you people are picking on Sushant fans. If such a story had come about Sushant and not Chang, then I'm sure everyone would have screamed out loud about how the show makers were biased towards Sushant since the start-- just like it happened on the day it became clear that there was going to be no elimination--- WITHOUT seeing the episode, everyone had declared that it was Sushant who had been favoured by the judges and channel in the WC and not Yana. (when the episode was telecasted, most felt it was the other way round)

So please don't bring up the topic of double standards here, Taz and Rapier. I myself can write a WHOLE THESIS of double standards on this forum. Yahan doosra mahayuddha shuru ho jayega,

you obviously didn't get my point....which have been aptly noted down by niki.

Its not about who's been declared winner but why a person has been declared winner before the actual voting has been done.

And regarding me saying the same if Sushant was decided the winner......yes I would have. i don't post much in this forum but I am critical of Sushant and Ankita and criticise them for their performances and their behaviour when i feel they have not stood up to my expectations. I defend them here sometimes because I mostly find the criticism of them here for futile reasons.

About my views on Chang.....I have been fan of his during II3 and voted immensely for him...after his departure supported Amit paul. If Sushant would have left....I would have supported Chang. But I do not think I need to expand more on my favourites.

I can say a million things to pull down other contestants to put up my favourite but I do not think it is necessary. For example.....so many said Sushant's injury is fake.....interesting point to note......yana went through an operation for her fracture 2 weeks after she got injured. The week in between....no bandage nothing.....how's that possible now?

Anyway ^ is an example that the game here can get dirty......but why not just give all the benefit of doubt whether sushant or yana and just enjoy their performances and criticise them on their work. And even think its become a personal favourites war in the forum than the just plain discussion on the show. So i guess lets just keep peace coz we are wasting time otherwise.

So to all those "believers" of the article. What will you do if Chang does not win? Will you all admit your "mistakes"?

Hints: Cheap publicity stunts, no creativity in dance, crying out foul and stomping their feet in anger if something does not go their way....

While Sushant Singh Rajput might be the strongest performer on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, there are rumours that Meiyang Chang might be the winner.

If the buzz is to be believed, the winner of season 4 of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa has already been decided. And this even before the grand finale episode is shot. The lucky name is... no not Sushant Singh Rajput... but Meiyang Chang.

A source close to the show says, "The grand finale episode will be shot over two days on Friday and on Tuesday. While Tuesday's episode won't be live per se, there will be a small time difference between the telecast and the televised version". Under such a situation, how can the winner be decided beforehand?

Perhaps that has to do with the channel and the dance show's ideology of turning a non-dancer into a dancer. "If you notice, all the winners of earlier seasons of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa including Mona Singh, Prachi Desai and Bhaichung Bhutia have essentially been participants who were not blessed with natural dancing abilities but transformed themselves into great dancers through the course of the show.

"Sushant Singh Rajput and Yana Gupta might have a higher edge over other participants but clearly they are natural dancers. Meiyang Chang and Mahi Vij are the ones who started as non-dancers but have worked and shown immense improvement in their dancing prowess. Chang is better of the two and there are chances that the channel might pick him as the winner which goes in sync with the theme of their show as well", reveals a source.

But wasn't everyone expecting Sushant Singh Rajput to win the title considering he has scored a perfect 30 almost every week throughout? "In most probability, Sushant will be awarded with the 'Most Consistent Performer' title", claims the source. "Also these shows try to keep a twist in the tale towards the climax else, if someone like Sushant wins, it becomes a very predictable end for the show. Chang winning over Sushant might just be that big twist," he adds.

However since nothing has been shot yet, all we can do is wait and watch.
