Hmm...so I just watched all the performances.

Chang's was good but not brilliant at all. The choreography was kind of mediocre and Chang was not upto his best either. But he defo makes one helluva cute sardar :-D I agree with Malaika for once, the steps were repetitive, there was almost a pattern to be seen in them. but I liked the little special things that they did, like all that dance on the see saw. Chang Marischa really really need to take every week very seriously. Somehow I feel ek hafte ache marks milte hain, toh de kind of slack and then gear up again and then the cycle continues. It shows more in Marischa's choreography, which becomes highly innovative one week and highly boring the next!
I hope by this logic, their next performance tomorrow turns out to be amazing ! :-)

I did not enjoy any of the performances except Ankita's , which I though deserved 10 and no less. Why don't the judges give her 10s? Baaki sab ko isse kam level ke performances ke liye 30 mil chuke hain! She was very good, I love how she dances even the most awkward of steps with a certain elegance. Oh and how can I forget, Ragini was WONDERFUL too. She's the ultimate expression queen.

Sushant, dunno, could not get that "mother-son" vibe from the performance at all. Shampa was looking positively odd, her look and her body language were somehow incongrous with her role of a loving mother. Maybe a little untidy hair, some aata smeared over her hands, a sari which was less austere -seeming might have given her the perfect housewife-ish look. She looked and danced more like a strict teacher who's only pleasure in life is to trash homework. Even Sushant was not upto the mark, in terms of dance. I've seen him do all those steps BEFORE. This was nothing in comparison to their last performance, which is my fav sushant performance so far. I did not like it. More so because it did not make me cry, when I so badly wanted to , emotional performances are just my kind of dances. What I liked was the concept and prop of "heaven". Very creative!
