hey fairslove.. the format of the show is 50-50.. that does not mean that the lowest scorer and the lowest voter comes in the face off.. the 2 are combined, and whoever gets the lowest in the combination comes in the face off.. when parul got 19, even though she got enough votes, the total was not enough to save her... she was not in the face off because she was the lowest scorer..\
but never in the show has a lowest scorer escaped the face off.. to do so, at this stage, baichung has a serious backing... very surprising..

for me jdj is over with parul's elimination...the only saving grace for the show wud be if hard kaur wins

If i m not wrong it is 50 % voting & 50 % score. So even if a person scores less & gets more votes he/she is save. If it all depends on scores then what is voting for? Why should a person spend their money to vote when they know if the celebrity they want to win will come in face off due to score.

i do understand where u r coming from! there was an article stating that the lowest scorer and the lowest votes getter will b in the face off! but can we really trust those articles??see baichung must have got massive votes to cover up for his low scores!

i think what that article meant was that the combination of lowest score and lowest votes will be in the dance off.. but it was worded such that people got confused.

quite possible! but as far as i remember it clearly stated tht the format of the show is tht lowest scorer and the lowest votes getter would be in the face off! but it really doesnt make sense! if that was the format,why would they even ask public to vote for the lowest scorer?

im really sad tht parul went

i understand wht parul fans r feeling now

but somehw i have thought hw it happened

see as per another topic we c karan got highest votes

so karan 5(highest votes)+4(2nd highest scores)=9

BB gets the 2nd highest votes thn 4+1(lowest scores)=5

HK 3rd highest votes 3+5(highest score)=8

then Parul 2nd lowest votes 2+2(2nd lowest score too)=4

gauhar lowest votes 1+3 (3rd highest scores)=4

so this makes gauhar & parul in dance off

me and my sister had a major discussion and counting like hw gauhar came in the dance off

but i guess this is the thing tht happened

but not sure

i can b wrong 4 sure

neways its really sad tht parul is eliminated

will miss her

Shruti, when Parul got 19, she got the 3rd highest votes, they mentioned that, but she went to the danceoff, coz she was the lowest scorer.......
