Wat has happened to Nannu? She seems Unwell now-a-days n der seems dat its not jst weakness bt smthing mre serious to it looking at d way pankaj kumar ws reacting. He's 4sure hiding smthing abt her. On one hand,Finally Pinu-Nannu r gtin engaged aftr 1yr of problems. Bt on other hand, its Nandini's illness dats gtin serious day by day. i jst hope dat no mre problems cm btw nannu-pinu😭Wat do u think guys?

I think nannu is very sick. The symptoms looks like she might have some type of cancer :-(.

I think Nandini has a serious illness. The engagement is going to get delayed again. I hope Pinakin takes care of her and she recovers soon.

I jsut wish they show something like Nanu is suffering from Hepatitis B and not cancer...

In sonali's sorry Shonali's word this cancer sounds too melodramatic....

well, jokes apart seriously, if they show Nanu with Hepatitis B and some info for audience about Hepatitis like how can it be passed on etc etc will be great..

Besides I don't want her to hv Cancer, i mean we hv already seen that kind of track in BBB when Saumil had cancer...
