mysterious person behind the burkah?

who is that person they kept showing in the burkah during teh court case? i think it might be the real neha shastri, mallika or CJ..

wat do u guys think? i mean they have to hav some sort of significance b/c he or she was shown so many times like they know something that we dont..😕

it may be neha shastri or Aryan (hiding behind burkha so that nobody knows that he is in nainital and behind all this)
