She wears those bangles becuase she is newly married Punjabi and they are supposed to wear that for a year i think!

I don't think Shilpa is a punjabi😕 and even if she is a Punjabi we only wear the chooda for 2 or 6 months😃 but it depends on the person when they want to take it off😊 I guess Shilpa wants to keep them on forever😕 But thanx for the pic even though I hate Shilpa🤢
