15 days and a wedding

After Rajeshwari Sachdev and Varun Badola, and then Shweta Kwatra and Manav Gohil, here's another pair of television actors to tie the knot.

In a suddenly-decided function on Thursday, Pari (Maninee De) of Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin married Dr Rahul (Mihir Mishra) of Sanjivani — A Medical Boon. And the most interesting thing was that they've known each other for only 15 days.

"I guess certain things are preordained," gushes De, who had an Arya Samaj wedding after consulting a tarot card reader Ofar who thought December 30 was a good date.

"It is just like in the movies. My husband is giving me one surprise after the other," she says. Mishra has his own explanation.

"It is even better than what happens in the movies!" he says.

Present at the wedding were De's Jassi co-stars including Jassi (Mona Singh) and Mallika (Rakshanda Khan).

Mishra and De have never worked together in any serial. They were introduced by Sanjit Bedi who features in the SaharaOne serial Saathiya.

"We are planning to take off on our honeymoon soon," adds Mishra who also features in Kabhi Haan Kabhi Na on Zee.

De has a five-year-old daughter Dianoor from her earlier marriage. But as she says, "miracles do happen."

😆 Oh YES Mysti,I like his smile and I like his style and I have this HUGE crush on him 😳!!And I'm turning a very nasty shade of green at that bubble head who snared him!!But being the nice girl that I am,I'll gulp down the dissapointment and hope them the best😆

Seriously though I think Manini is very talented and Mihir is a powerhouse of talent.Hope they have a very happy marriage together and a successful career too.

They look cool together.I don't think she is much older.And she is looking quite classically beautiful in her Indian getup.Mihir is very handsome,specially when he is happy and plays mischievious.Also has intense eyes,doesn't he?I likehim better than Juhi in sanjivani.
