initially rhea was appointed by mallika (or angel - i forgot) to ruin jassi and armaan's relationship. rhea falls for armaan and when she comes to know that armaan will not oblige her, she decides to slap a sexual harrassment case against him... after everything is proved wrong overnight, she realises her mistake. she then becomes a big jassi fan, when jassi goes all the way to her women's hostel to give her a pay cheque/forgive her/re-appoint her at GM.....

thats what she means when she says rhea has to pay back for her forgiveness....
