JJKN/Kaajjal Related

1) Favorite JandA scene thus far?

Raj's apartment. Loved that scene. And also when accidently Jassi confessed about her love for him, on the road side teas stall. Loved that scene.

2) Why are Jassi/Nandu such great friends?

Because friendship requires understanding and respect, and I believe they both understand each other and respect each others space and feelings. but above all, I think they both are alike and that makes them great friends.

3) If Purab really loved Jassi so much, why did Minakshi's opinion have such a great effect on him that he would just give it up and leave?

I believe Purab liked Jassi, and I also thought he loved her. meeankshi did give her opinion, but I don't think that was the reason he left Jassi. It might sound bad but Purab left Jassi because of Jassi. Jassi never loved him, she never gave time to him, she was never there for him, and she never looked up to him for support, any kind it may be. Men are like that, they want to feel that are the protectors, and are loved by the girl crazily, and Purab never felt any of this. so this drove him away from Jassi, and when meenakshi said all those things, he found a reason to move away. though I think Jassi's indifference is the main reason Purab left her.

4) Favorite DK scene of all time?

O yar, there are sooooooo many, sooooo many. 1) Dev put his jacket on her shoulders in lonavola 2) Kaajjal falls and dk hold her in lonavola, and then the tabela scene that followed, 3) Dev and her scene in the mudh house when he was dead drunk, 4) Dev looking for Kaajjal like crazy after her accident, 5) dev smilling at her when she wakes up in hospital, 6) dev and kaajjal and her entire birthday scene, 7) dev bringing flowers to her house and she throwing water bucket on him, and the entire scene after that, 8) the dhaba scene, 9) restaraunt scene when dev was just about to propose, 10) kaj and dev fight over the cliff, and kaj rescuing him from falling, that was fiery but sooo romantic, 11) the hug scene at Aditya's house, 12) the chilman scene, 13) the wedding scene, 14) the suhaag raat scene, and sooo many more yar ... i cant some closing to writting them all. i am just crazy about DK.

5) DK or JandA - if you had to chose, which jodi do you prefer (though I think I know who is closer to your heart).

DK. Somehow the passion I saw in DK, I couldn't see in AJ. Although Apu was brilliant in both, but I still found SK more passionate.

6) Of your DK FFs, which one do you prefer?

To be frank, all. Kaajjal after ML, Kaajjal/Aditya marriage in progress, DK Marriage, lets relive romance. To me all are apt and have depth to what they are trying to say.

7) Apu as DPS or AS - which one do you prefer?

Yar this is a tough one. I really can't choose. Let me tell you about -

Dev: Oh …. I don't have words to make a comprehensive sketch of what he means to me or how much I adore him. DPS is one guy I can easily give my life for. The passion, the fire, the intensity that he possesses astounds me. The depth of his eyes and the pain in them makes my heart melt and all I want is to run into his arms as I was his kaajjal. Oh I am totally crazy about him.

Armaan – Oh Armaan is a darling. A happy go lucky guy at first, but when I saw his passionate jealous avatar I was speechless. I loved Apu as Armaan. His passion, his love for Jassi, and his craziness drove me crazy.

So I really can't choose betweent he two. But yes I am a little inclined towards Dev. I don't know why, but everytime I see Dev, my world stops and my heart beats hard and fast. I just love DPS.

8) 5 similarities and differences btwn DPS and AS please.

Similarities – Passion, anger, love for Jassi/Kaajjal, trust in love, business tycoon

Differences – DPS always-serious; Armaan always-smiling; at least in the start. This is the only difference I can see.

9) Where did Kaajjal go wrong? What would you change or what period/track would you change to make it so that it would have worked and continued to capture the audiences' interest?

Well first I think killing Dev in an accident was a downfall. But Raju track was not that bad as well and I think the makers picked it well from there, only if they had shaped it a little better. The script lacked strength and couldn't capture.

However the show was ruined for me the day NT died. That's was it for me. because after that the show never picked up. It completely went down the drain. I think Kaajjal should have married Raju/Dev that night and the story should have continued from there. And NT should not have been killed. If rati wanted to leave, someone else could have replaced her. killing her was a destroying recipe.

10) Scenarios please, on how Shreya could have tied the loose ends they left with things such as the mahadasha/K-A/etc.

Yar, as I said, Kaajjal should have married Raju/Dev that night and the story should have continued from there. And NT should not have been killed. If rati wanted to leave, someone else could have replaced her. Killing her was a destroying recipe. Even after all this nonsense, they could have shown dk happily married and then Ameesha would start the nonsense again and mahadash and Kaajjal's faith and a true love would wipe away all problems from Dev's fate.

11) Give DPS one peice of advice as he stands right now - with the threat of going to jail for attempted murder.

Tell truth to Kaajjal and aditya. And have Kaajjal trust you. Trust urself and bring your DPS charisma and authority back.

12) Give AS one peice of advice as he stands right now - having just lost Jassi's trust

Try to talk to her and convince her you started it as a joke, but now you feel genuinely for her.

13) Your Fav. character of JJKN and why? (Other than AS please!)

Hahahhaha, yar Armaan is my only fav character. But yeah other than that Jassi and Nandu. I like them a lot.

14) Was the shaq track in Kaajjal Adi's fault as much as it was Kaajjal's or was one at fault more than the other?

Yar it was Kaajjal's fault. Kaajjal should have handled the situation maturely and taken this marriage seriously than running around Aditya. I hated it. she completely took Dev, his love, and his trust for granted, and even preparing a gift for Dev, she took Aditya's help. Why? When she knew he loved her once, he wanted to marry her once, when the photos were shown in press and the world was talking. Very immature.

15) If the shaq track did go through completely and Dev did infact Divorce Kaajjal and he then ended up on YOUR doorstep saying "I'm single again" you would...?

I will always be there to support and care for him. It always starts with care and friendship. I would have given him a shoulder he needed, and my love for him would have shown in my care. that's all that I would have done. Things can lead from there … what say?

16) Write a few lines for Dev telling him how much you'll miss him.

O my, Dev you have become such an integral part of my life, that I still don't know how I will survive without you. It would seem like life has come to a standstill when I will not be able to see you everyday. It's difficult, it might stop my heartbeat, but I will still live you everyday, in my heart, my dreams and my pen.

1) Why Apurva? What is it about him that does it for you?

His Eyes and his passion. He has the power of romancing with a pole and bring life to it.

2) Now that he is infact quitting Kaajjal - your thoughts.

As you said it's a bitter sweet feeling. Just as much as I wanted him to quit, I am feeling very sad as well. as I said I have loved Dev's character like crazy and I never thought I will have to live without seeing him. though he is going to live in my heart as Dev, but I am glad Apu is quitting. The show was tooo much of a mess for Apu to waste his talent and presence.

3) Your thoughts on Apu's smoking habits?

O does he smoke. I never knew that. But if he does, I wish he would quit. His health to me the most!!

4) Describe your ideal Apu encounter (if you have one)

Encounter like - met him in person. No, I haven't.

5) Ask Apu 5 questions

1. when will we see you in another show

That's all that I want to ask for now. Other than that, if I happen to meet him or email or stuff, sky is the limit.

6) Your thoughts on Apu's wife...

She seems to lack class to me. She shouts, she makes noise, she sticks on to him like a glue, and sometimes I feel she lacks true woman class. But I like the fact that she loves him and keep him happy. That's what matter to me the most. If Apu is happy with her, than its good for me.

7) How much do you love and Adore Apu? As I said the other day, I just love it when you talk about your love for him, so please, oblige me with a few words for your beloved.

Well, Apurva is like a picture of love to me, whom I paint everyday with new colors of passion and appreciation. He is one of the best actor on television today and I have no doubts in saying that no one can come close to him in acting and depicting passion and love. The way he portrays love is like an avowal to me, which changes my world and my perception of love. The moment I see him, my lips twist in a smile and my heart lit with a glow of love and admiration. He is someone I have loved without meeting and knowing the real person, and I shall forever be thankful to him for showing me this new facing of love – selfless and genuine.

8) Your reaction if Apu were to all of the sudden land up at your house tomorrow?

OMG, I will show him my hospitality and warmth best.

9) What kind of role would you like to see Apu do next?

Well, anything debonair. He is made for grace and elegance, and I would not want to see him in anything other than that. I know people will say this will typecast him, but I will still say, he is made for grace and elegance and I want him to maintain that grace. Always!!

10) Why didn't any of Apu's films post Pardes work?

May be the wrong choice of roles.

11) Did you like Apu's work in Pardes? Have you seen his other films? If so, which ones and did you like them?

I liked his work in Pardes, though SRK was dominant. No, I did not like much of his other movies.

12) When did your Apu obsession start?

From JJKN and specially when I saw him as Dev. actually I didn't see too much of JJKN earlier, and I really truly lived him as Dev. but now I think had I seen Jassi earlier, I would have gond crazy for him there. But yeah my obsession stared when I saw him as Dev.

13) If Apu asked you to let him read one of your FFs, you would...

I would tell him the theme of all and would ask him which one he would like to read. And sure I will keep my fingers crossed and pray he likes them.

14) If given the chance to win Apu's heart, what would you say to him to convince him of your love?

O boy, I believe actions speak louder than words. So I will try to prove my love to him rather than say it. and it's a slow and gradual process, love has its own way of showing its power and takes its own sweet time.

15) Apu's singing or Raja's?

Ahhhhh, I love raja. He is mind blowing. But my heart will always want Apu's singing.

16) At this point in Apu's life and career, give him one peice of advice.
You are tooo good my dear. Just have faith in yourself and keep up the great work.
