Sorry miss walia no support from my side. I am not saying your decision not to marry armaan is wrong its 100% right as we as viewer also see no point to be in relation when you don't trust each other but to run away from your problem? Can't you fight back? You say you are woman of today and represent all women who are thrown into situations like this……….. No miss jassi you are wrong today's woman who is educated like you with supporting family and friends will never take this kind of action. Today's woman knows how to fight back though I am not talking about those who don't get support from others and they have to get married no matter what for just to save family pride but it was not with your case. Just look at yesterday's episode billu (your father) supported you 100%. Yes now you can say I am an undecided character from once upon a time good show but no you are not representing us.

My parents have raised me like a son and have not treated me differently because I am a woman. If men and women are indeed equal then why should I have to pass the 'agnipariksha' to prove my innocence? I am a woman of today and in spite of all my love for Armaan, I cannot compromise on my most precious possession - my self-respect and my self-esteem. Therefore, I do not wish to continue a relationship, the very foundation of
which is in jeopardy. I stand for all women who are thrown into situations like this and hope you will understand me and stand by my decision. I need you to hold my hand through this trying period in my life when all that I live by and believed in - love, faith, trust, sanctity, and truth - have so wrongly been snatched away from me by the one whom I have loved the most...* I do not wish to continue in a relationship, the very foundation of which is in jeopardy.

She is telling she is today's woman...Today's women are courageos, bold. If she is a today's woman she should have called off the wedding instead of running away leaving her prarents to suffer.....
It is an insult to Today's Women if she thinks she is one of them... 😡

Jassi, remember that INDIAN girl who called off her wedding right at the mandap when her to be in-laws demanded more dowry before seven pheras? That is or should be the face of Indian woman of today. You have given wrong message to women.More disturbing when you as a character were a national icon with a stamp in your name.
You had the right to love and also the right to say no to Arman but running away and making yourself and family the butt of ridicule was reprehensible.Try to compenste a little by asking Govt to withdraw the postal stamps.

You are sooooooo confused! so I suggest you keep you values to you. and try Not to confuse other women who beleive you. 😕 (if any exists 😛 )

Just a question!! 😊
How can you call your love UNCONDITIONAL if you are questioning 'where is Armaan's love?! or his trust?!! ' 😕

now, I am not saying a women who is getting married shouldnt hope for the love & trust of her husband!.. but for God's sake! Plz Shut that crap up abt unconditional love and try not to become Mahaan !! (b'coz you are NOT!!) you r just the other girl who makes mistakes & have a verry verrry common IQ! and a very high EQ !!

Ket! 😊

Way to go Ket!!! 👏

I fully agree with you.... Cut the crap, Jassi.. Can you believe Sony and T&D.they mislead people with the the wedding propoganda and then think that a letter from Jassi will make people forgive her and them ... Give me a break 🤢 A 5yr old will have more brains than them...😡

I agree, Charu.

Today's women have courage and learn to face the person and confront the situation/person. Running away is not necessarily a characteristic of middle class girl, and definitely of 'today's women'.

I am appalled just like everyone, by the audacity of Sony for not only making such a stupid turn in the classic BLF story, but also a stupider attempt to justify it.

Thanks so much, JP for sharing it.

OH SO UR AT IT AGAIN JASSI,AREN'T U ? RUNNING OFF FROM A WEDDING LIKE THIS,& THEN BLAMING IT ON ARMAAN,HOW
"TYPICAL JASSI" IT IS,RIGHT FROM THE STARTING OF THE SHOW,THE ONLY PERSON WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING WAS ALWAYS SAID TO BE ARMAAN,WHO WAS ALWAYS REGARDED AS " HARD-HEARTED" "SELF-CENTRED" " COLD" ETC ETC.

BUT MISS JASMEET WALIA,DONT THINK U CAN GAIN ANY MORE SYMPATHY BY BLAMING EVERYTHING ON THE " ZAALIM ZAMAANA"& ON ARMAAN EITHER.

"AADARSH" & "SANSKAR" & "VISHWAS" AND "PYAAR"
& "BHAROSA",CUT THE CRAP JASSI,U DONT DESERVE ANY OF THEM,& U CERTAINLY DONT DESERVE ARMAAN !

*****note from viewbie: Please dont type all caps next time, it might make people think of it as a threat or scare them away!****

have u guyz watched Bollywood Hollywood?? These events look as if its been ripped from there --for those who haven seen it basically Rahul hired Sue (an escort)as his fiance in order to get his siter married as it was a demand of his mothers... well Rahul falls for Sue however on the night of the bachelor party one of Sue's old client accuses her of being a whore she defends her self and sayz hez lying --- however Rahul has other "thoughs" in the end she sayz to him --- if you have already made up ur mind about who I am then so be it as no matter what she sayz he will continue to think that yes she is a whore....... same thing happen here Jassi specifically said if you have made you ur mind on what you saw then yes i did that as no matter what she sayz he will continue to beleive that she did sleep with CJ willingly --- based on that he slaps her -- she did no say YES she said if you have already made up ur mind then yes i did ... if his love was true who would he trust his eyes or the one he loved and whom he knew would no fall that low

As for her running away that was not right --- she should have confronted him and be a woman not a coward!
