I don't think its a brain tumor or anything serious like that...
Purab's awful brownish orange hair dye (used during the court scenes) probably seeped into his brain and made him sick...

He has got T & D tumour. He is lucky atleast he has gone for medication. 😭😭 we can't do that also.😭
