I wonder how many of us would be able to maintain our poise and composure were we in the same position?

I think it is great that Indian telly stars are getting "outsourced"😆 to judge the Emmies. They are where they are because of their years of struggle. Even if they get carried away with it sometimes, it is only natural and human.

All I'm saying is,if we indiscriminately bash SS(lets not forget how many of us freaked out when we came to know that SS is going to be in JJKN😛..because our we were under the illusion that mandA love each other ...and that SS was trying to save her marriage and came inbetween MS and AA to keep and eye and stuff...even I'm partially guilty here😭),we must also be open to criticism against Mona...if you are against bashing of any kind,then kindly stop bashing SS for everything she does.....Lets make the JJKn forum a bashing free zone,and thus we wouldnt bash anyone😃....Lets remember,that even SS is human,she has her foibles and why so much censure for her white pants......😛..If we can cut Mona all the slack,we must be fair enough to SS too,and if we cant be impartial,we must not preach to others😛

I know even i'm guilty, but then I bash both for their idiocy.......Lets not be such hypocrites...what's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gancer😛..If SS can be bashed for every statement of hers(even for a simple statement that she wants to have kids and stuff),so with mona..If SS can be bashed for repetitive interviews,so can mona because even mona repeats the same rubbish in every interview of hers(I'm tired after jassi,I'm on a break,I miss JJKn,I'm reading scripts😕,My movie is in its initial stages etcetera)

and sharmi,there's a limit for everything...SS may be proud that she married to apu,yeah,she's a homo sapien😛 and is fully entitled to feel proud.......but this pride,when borderlines on haughtiness gets too annoying......there's something called as humility,and i do feel that one is highly venerated when one is humble and grounded,rather than being too proud to the extent that their heads get inflated and finally BURSTS🤢...what is remarkable about the bigger stars(barring some like kareena and people of her ilk) is that,they know their status,and do not resort to cheap publicity ...hell,even Hiten(for that matter even apu) and some others in telly are absolutely okay when it comes to keeping everything to a minimum....hell,hiten signed a movie called "anwar",and he's yet to give 5454854548554454566565 interviews about his movie....rohit roy signed 4 top movies,he didnt brag....whereas Mona,whose movie never seems to happen,speaks about it all the time🤢..its only a small set of people who just dont get a life🤢 and go onnnnnnnn and onnnnnnnnnnnnnn and onnnnnnnnnnn about their achievments and about their husbands and their never happening movie career.....🤢

But seeing her good points does not mean i have to become her fan overnight. I cannot say that she is a great actress just to show that i'm not biased.

AS regards her white pants, whatever fun we get out of that does not amount to "censure". I personally find it very funny so it would be very surprising if other ppl get all hot and bothered about such a thing. The white pants things falls in the category of "harmless fun"; unlike the references to SS's "9D nose" (whtever that means), words like "anorexic" being used for SS; Apu's nicknames like FH and "Amon Lisa" which are targeted at facial features that nobody can change.

well,but then,I even call mona as "ordinary looking".....fine yeah,white pants and 9d nose etc are for fun..but what about the real bashing..we cant deny that we never bash SS,and all that we do is in fun right...

well,I know I'm not doing the best thing but being harsh on these stars,but i do admit that i'm not the ms goody two shoes and neither do I point fingers at others saying that they shouldnt be doing this and they shouldnt be doing that and that they shoudl look at good points in stars and must understand their plight and stuff.....

To be blatently honest,Everyone here do go overboard...be it with the SS bashing,the Mona bashing abd the apu bashing or be it with the manda glorification,mona glorification...We might say that we must look at SS' good points and stuff,but 99 out of 100 times we plainly are rude to her....i know even I'm rude,but then I dont preach to others saying that "be kind to this certain person....its not right to bash them...you must understand that she/he too is human..and before bashing,do make yourself competent enough "....🤢

Well, at the end of the day, we have to answer to our own selves....it is not my job to be the moral police.....i did not start to look at SS' s good points out of "guilt" over bashing her previously......a lot of the criticism levelled at her was deserved, especially the racist remarks and and the "showing off" of her marriage which i still maintain is demeaning to Apu.....who would want to be flaunted as a trophy?😭

But bashing for the sake of bashing is something that, once started, knows no end....so the ones who notice it have the right to point it out. If we have to criticise, why not make our point once and leave it at that? Why go on and on and bring in irrelevant comparisons, reference to looks, and completely change our own previous stand just to prove the celeb wrong?

It is necessary to put a full stop somewhere,and realise that we might be turning self-righteous.....and this realisation has to come from introspection, not from someone's else's pointing out.
