but chow.,no one spoke anything about SS here.....I agree the SS bashing was at its apogee months back,but not now..Infact it has reduced to naught.....and apu's looks and ss' looks are being commented upon only if their pictures at any party is posted,for that metter we opine about everyone's looks...even rakshandha was criticized for her weight and her bad clothes...even mona and the others....I dont think that is excruciatingly intolerable....some things need to taken in the stride rather than bursting into sudden paroxyms of anger😊

why kekta actresses make good name for themselves,is not coz of their acting skills,if it hurts neha or amna fans when someone tells against them, it also hurts mona fans,and their serials are not running coz of them, but coz the story lines are made to suit fans taste

mona was not able to deliver, 😡come on without knowing ,about the serial or what it went through,dont make so harsh judgements

actually there was an article published in mirror that stated that mona singh was not getting roles because she NEEDED to lose weight; her movie career is stagnant and giving 37847823478 intvws about her "shelved" movie will not help it; and why is it that all she is doing is a show EXTREME MAKEOVER that the media says is because of her "jassi" image something she greed to herself..RK has 3 shows; Reva has 2; neha's show is going strong as is KTH; aamna shariff won the style icon award at ITA and she has yet to give an intvw stating taht she is bored of playing kashish--the role that got her fame...

neha bamb and pretty I agree but neha bamb and beautiful plsssss ,I dont find her beautiful at all.Aamna carries herself very well so does mona.I do not claimn that Mona is drop dead gorgeous or beautiful but she carries herself very well and has a good personality and brains and that for me constitutes beauty.

for me thin or fat doesnt matter but for some it does and in my opinion mona was outstnading as jassi and I dont believe that she got through by luck.In that case I would point all the actors and actresses who got the roles through auditions as ones getting through by luck and there are many stars both bollwood and tv actors who got their roles through auditions .

Bbeauty lies in the eyes of the beholder and each one has their own definition on beauty and who according to them are beautiful.

I think this debate is worthless and its no use fighting over this.look,people who dont like a particular actress will criticise them come what may and people who like them will adore them come what may

each one has their own tastes and likes and I dont find neha bamb beautiful at all,I find gauri to be beautiful,I find shweta salve,shwetha kwatra to be beautiful bcoz they carry themselves very well and have brains to go along with it and personality which is what constituts beauty in my books .

RK is there in 3 shows but no one watches the show just for her ,reva too ,she is not even playing the lead ,she has been in kyunki since ages and k-street , yet is she is not one to be talked about 😆

aamna is good i agree but it has nothing to do with the serial but her personality and she carries herself very well and thats exactly why she became a style icon

neha bamd ,my god she cant act and people watch the show for iqbal lkhan and their jodi not for neha bambs acting skills or looks 😆😆

Mona atleast signed a movie with an acclaimed producer as the lead.The project got shelved is not her mistake or problem and she cant do anything about it except talk about it when the media asks her abt it .

Mona was invited as a guest of honor in newjersey independence day parade.She was invited to represent the show in london . Mona as jassi has got her own stamp ,her own book, she has won the telly awards best actress for the last two years consecutively .Shah rukh came to the studio to meet her as his kids watch the show . She was the first telly actress whose show came in news in NDTV when her makeover was on .She got ads based on her character yet if people still beleiev that the person who played the character deserves no appreciation then what can one say

that can very much be a reason...people look for thin young pretty girls(unless its ekta who choses her favourites like smrithi and amit tandon)....look at the new soaps....

Aisa des...the girl playing rusty is the scriptwriter's grand daughter...she gets the role by default

Thodi Khushi....deepa parab isnt really beautiful,but she's thin and she didnt have sobriquet or a tag like how mona has......

Vaidehi....sonali Kulkarni is very pretty and thin and looks young

Akela...aashka looks young

ksbkbt...krishna tulsi(moni roy) looks very very youthful anf girlish.......

Kasamn se...prachi desai,anurima sharma and roshni chopra all look young and thin

jab love hua...abeit priya badlani isnt pretty,she looks very young and did not have any tag

so see,none of these girls have any imageas how mona has....Like nikki aneja did not get any offers after astitva ended....and outside balaji,even smrithi might not get any offers to play the lead role.....whereas girls like Aamna,aashka and even SS for that matter easily get roles as they are not typecast and can pull off any role thanks to their youthfulness

Mona on the other hand isnt very beautiful,and perhaps her jassi image is proving detrimental to her career...as people will only know her as jassi and as nothing else.....

Buffie, ss is not discussed in this article, but samar did pointed out about SS dressing articles. And he/she is not wrong either. It was not too long (last week or week before) that i closed 2 topic for SS. So it's not that long either. And I already conveyed my views that this article and discussion is not bashing to me it seems like debate to me. I am going to keep close eye at this thread, but for now I am not saying that you guys were bashing mona.

piya is correct....mona could not save a sinking JJKN...till the day she was acting as jassi,the show was at its apex,the day she turned into mona,the show went to the bananas.....Mona could not do anything to save the plummeting trp's

,,..The show was a success duw to its unique concept,NOT BECAUSE OF MONA SINGH....and is corroborated by the fact that the day she turned into mona and discarded her jassi garb,the show lost majority of its audience.....acting alone is not a yardstick for popularity....some of the biggest stars like salman cant act.....that's the harsh reality
