I understand that it is perfectly natural to like some and dislike some for whatever reasons you have purported. The point I am making is that if SS harps in every conversation about Appu (frankly, which doesen't bother me), are u guys also not indulging in an obsessive habit of attacking her over the same issues? There are iterative posts created over the same topic i.e. her age, her make up, her shrieking, and her obsession for Appu.

Speaking about habits, does this habit come across as affable? I mean in retrospect most people in this forum are doing the same thing (in a different context) which is indulging in OBSESSIVE dislike and bashing of SS.

Are we to define what obsessions are good for us and what are not? If an obsession for books or cinema or entertainmnet works for most of us, maybe an obsession for Apoorva works for her. My point is let people be.

Actually you're right😊....We do diss SS quite too much😕..and I feel this particular topic was totally unnecessary,as everyone knows about SS,thus there's nothing more to add to it..and some even censure SS when there's no context at all😕...And I know not many(but moni, sheena and me) would agree on this,but Apoorva too isnt any mahatma that people feel sorry for him and admonish SS..and when it comes to Mona,people just jump to her defense,even when she's wrong......😕..But fans do defend the stars, hell there are people who even defend Angad's promiscuity😕...

Everything said and done,people get some kind of a joy(albeit a sadistic one🤢), or some kind of a satisfaction by castigating SS...and moreover, its become an element of tremendous fun...Associating SS with white pants,orange hair etcetera is done more in jest than out of antipathy(Many a true word spoken in jest😉😃)..

Dont you think the Abhi fans are obsessed in detesting the supposedly "odius" Ash?..I mean,how does it really matter as to who he marries....Well, intense liking is also obsession,football maniacs,aficionados of different fields are also obsessed people,but some kind of obsessions arent really obnoxious......Even fan craze is a kind of an obsession...I mean,the stars dont really give a toss about their fans, the only time when they are congenial is at the red carpet when they are under media scrutiny...Yet the fans love these stars to death..Stars do get criticized,and criticism cant be really be tagged as obsession......and as to who decides as to what's affable and what's not, well its just a general opinion...and I guess neither the silence majority subscribe to her behaviour....

Riddhi, SS is an actress and she is supposed to watch what she says and where she says. One time she is saying in public that she got the BEST HUBBY in the world and other times if he is giving her a Birthday gift, she is saying out loud to Media that she told Apu/Shonu to better it next time. Is it Love or Obsession??? I think if someone really loves his/her partner, they don't go out and make fun of the gift their better half give them.

No matter how good the celebrities are for some viewers, but majority of them will catch their negative points and criticise it anywhere anytime. We don't know her personally. We only express our opinio based on what she says to media and her friends. On her Birthday, her friends from Kyunki also told her off for her Screaming, shreiking, kissing and hugging co-stars on the set.

BTW, we do give her due credit, when she does or says something meaningful.

NKSUDHIR, I understand your point. However I think you are missing the point that I am making. Criticism is fine and as long as it is healthy it may even help the personality concerned in improving their respective deficincies or maybe not. The point I am making is that criticsim is one thing but obsessive criticism which is merely going in a loop like a needle stuck on a record is also wrong and actually iritating for many people. 😕. Me and my friends have read posts after posts where the same topic (SS) has been discussed with nothing much to add, and what u have just mentioned is also a repeat of what has already been discussed several times in this forum.

What is the sense of starting yet another post / topic on a subject which has been discussed iteratively. Why attach so much importance to a star or star's personal life. Besides, she merely made a guest appearance in JJKN, so why should she be considered so important to have infinte discussions on her dress sense, her coochi cooing with Apoorva, her facial expressions, her age and her laughter. Isn't this also some kind of unhealthy obsession? 😃

see, many of us here have nothing else to discuss...and I cont know if you are purposely not seeing the number on threads dedicated to apu's face etc,,.As much as SS is dissed, Apu too is dissed...and mind you, its not that everyone discusses about SS' looks unless a picture is posted..and even mona and apu are dissed if they look bad....I mean,on the very first page,there's a post about Vikas Bhalla's ewwwwness...so dont think that only SS is being scrutinized for looks..atleast be happy that no one calls SS names like FH or amon lisa😉

I don't agree with you that we, JJKN forum members has any unhealthy obsession. "Unhealthy Obsession" is if we have personal enemity with a person or we are jealous of her success. Riddhi, we have no personal problems with her. We careless if she even win an award for "Best Actress" or SS and AA get award for "BEST JODI". By end of the day, we viewers have nothing to do with her personal life. We only care about what she says On-Air and in Public gatherings.

You are absolutely right in seeing so many different threads on same topic but we have no control on that. Channel Moderators have been telling people all the time, not to create separate discussion topics for same thing but I guess JJKN Forum is so popular that some members visit this forum once in a while and create their own topic rather than going down few pages and participate in the discussion. I personally think, we as members give respect to our fellow member and participating in their discussion. Don't you think its rude for me to warn a person regarding the same topic creating again but in different manner. Some people spend their valuable time and put up the articles from different newspapers or channels which we NRI's has no access to.

In the end I must say that we participate in all the discussions, however, if someone doesn't like repitative topics, they can just read the Title of the post and not participate in it. Every one comes here for fun, not to get warnings from co-members.
