This is beyond stupid. Arman first makes her the CEO despite everyone else's disapproval. Once she is the CEO, however, he tries to sabotage everything she does even at the expense of hurting Gulmohar, because now he is insecure and does not want her to succeed. When his plan works and now when she is about to be removed as the CEO, then he wants her to remain the CEO.

Like I had said once before, the only way this would make sense is if in the end they reveal that Arman is infact a schizophrenic who at some point stopped taking his meds. This would be the only justification for what he is doing now.

Also, if Jassi has to end with Arman no matter what (due to contractual issues) then she won't be forgiven for choosing Arman after she realizes just how low he had sunk and how he had knowingly taken advantage of her feelings and manipulated her. As everyone keeps saying, the character of Arman is now beyond redemption. However, if he had no control over what he was doing, then that is a different story. And then you can have the typical Indian guilt trip - she'll remember all those times when he was "good" to her, he fought to hire her, then promote her, esp how he said to her once "mujhe kabhi chhodke mat jaana." Now that she knows he was not responsible for all the bad things he did to her, how can she now leave her "Arman sir" for her own happiness......

Armaan Suri is an idiot. With his colgate smile and small shoulders and 70s suits. For god's sake. And Puru is another character grating on my last nerves.

Its amazing how narrow-minded the entire lot of them are. IFH is 10-times Gulmohor's size and yet Hansmukhi is so down to earth.
