AT Sony's Aap Jaisa Koi Awards held over the weekend, TV celebs turned up in hordes. And like at the Star Parivaar do, Sony gave out character-centric trophies too. So the Walia family from Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin won Best Parivaar and Mona Singh was crowned Best Dulhan. Gaurav Gera (Nandu) was declared Best Comic Character while most of the other awards were taken by Kaisa Yeh Pyaar Hai. But the most deserving award went to Makrand Deshpande—Best Villain for his portrayal of a cannibal in CID.

yayyyyyyyyy..something to cheer for👍🏼

Aap Jaisa Koi grand finale

Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin took home the maxim awards on Friday night at Sony's Aap Jaisa Koi awards. While Mona Singh won the Best Dulhan award, Nausheen Ali Sardar took the trophy for Best Evergreen Heroine. Eijaz Khan surprisingly won the Best Evergreen Hero.

Kaisa Yeh Pyaar Hai's Iqbal Khan and Neha Bamb won separate awards in the acting category and also grabbed the Best Jodi award.

The Ubharata Sitara (female) award went to Kanchi Kaul and (male) to Iqbal Khan.
