But this only shows lack of interest. And one keeps on interfering in ph decisions then it's bound to happen .

I feel like this at work sometimes when i look at the senior bosses and hold my breath for them to make a decision and they ask me "what do you think we should do?" And i just facepalm because I just spent 1 hour explaining what my opinion on the matter is. Sometimes when people are higher up in a hierarchy the decisions that are made are so far removed from the ground reality that you wonder what they were smoking when they had a meeting to decide this.
